By accessing or using the MetaFinOps platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
MetaFinOps provides an AI-native FinOps platform including cloud cost optimization, GPU cost attribution, token cost intelligence, DevOps cost guardrails, and GreenOps analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the platform. MetaFinOps processes your cloud billing data solely to deliver the services described in your subscription. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing our services.
Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Downtime exclusions include force majeure events and third-party cloud provider outages.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days written notice.
MetaFinOps liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export within 14 business days. Data is deleted 90 days after termination.
